Procedure To Get HRMS Code :
What steps should I follow to get the HRMS Code?:
Click on the “Download HRMS Form” link and print this form. Fill your information in the form. You can click on “View Sample Form” to see how the form has to be filled.

Aftre filling the printed version of the form, you need to enter the information in the computer. You can do this by clicking on “Register Now” button. You can view the “Online DEmo” to understand how to fill the information to the online form.
I click on the “Download HRMS Form” but the page doesn’t open?:
There is a possibility that your computer doesn’t have PDF reader software installed. You can download this software from Adobe Reader website and install on your computer. Installtion intsructions are explained on the Adobe website.
Some fields have a * next to the label and their colour is blue whereas others are white. What is the difference?:
The fields with * next to the label and having blue colour are Mandatory fields. If you do not fill infromation in these fields, you won’t be able to submit the form. The other fields are “Optional”. You can enter the information in the optional fields at a later stage.
Do I need to submit all the information in one attempt?:
No, once the Temporary HRMS Code is assigned, you can login using the temporary HRMS code and enter the additional information.
What if I need to change some information?:
If you have entered wrong information by mistake or want to change or correct some information, you do that till Permanenet HRMS Code has been assigned to you.
There is some text and numbers written at the end of the first form “Personal/Job”. There is some space between these words. What should I do with this?:
These characters, numbers are words have to be entered in the field next to them. Do not put space between the numbers and words. This space has been provided so you can clearly see them. If the numbers and words do not match with the ones provided, your form would not get submitted. So, you need to ensure they are exacly the same as given there.
At what stage would I get the Temporary HRMS Code?:
The Teporary HRMS Code would be assigned after you finish the Part A of the HRMS form. Part A of the form includes the Tabs “Personal/Job”, Contact/Additional”, “Health & Others” and “Promotions”. The temporary HRMS code would be displayed on the top of the screen.
What if I forget my Temporary HRMS Code:
Click on the “Forgot Code?” link. You would be asked your Blood Group, Date of Enrolment, Father’s First name exacly as submitted in the Registration Form and you would be assigned a new Temporary HRMS Code.
I have been transferred but I had got my “Temporary HRMS Code” in previous Unit. Do I need to fill the form again?:
No, you should change your Unit to the Current Unit and accordingly the Place of Posting. Your Temporary HRMS Code would remain the same.
I am not from Haryana state. I select my State in “Contact & Additional” tab., my District doesn’t show in the list. What should I do?:
Email your State and District at info [AT] webinfoservices.net. The district field would be entered by the webmaster.
