Book your cashless admission on your mobile phone :
** Get the MediBuddy mobile app for your Android, iOS or Windows smartphone.
** For any planned hospitalization, click the eCashless tile and send in your request at least 48 hours before date of hospitalization.

** You can sign in with your MediBuddy login credentials; or identify yourself by entering your Employee ID or Medi Assist ID along with your date of birth; or sign in with Google.
** Choose your network hospital and preferred room type and submit your request to Medi Assist.

Get a provisional approval before date of admission :
** Medi Assist sends your request to your network hospital.
** Upon receipt of confirmation from your hospital, you receive the estimated cost of treatment and a secure passcode confirming your provisional preauthorization on your MediBuddy.

** You also receive an SMS on your registered mobile number.
** The estimated cost of treatment helps you identify the out-of-expenses and the co-pay you need to be prepared for.

eCashless from Medi Assist is a whole new way of experiencing cashless hospitalization. eCashless gives you the power to get a provisional preauthorization even before you walk into the hospital.

Note : The eCashless facility must not be used for emergency hospitalizations/ Out-Patient appointments/ Health checks. Cashless approval is subject to your policy terms and conditions and availability of sum insured.
