ePayment Online User Registration :

** Click on New User link, you will be redirected to new user registration. Enter your customer id that is printed on the pawn ticket.

** If the entered customer id is correct,then enter your registered mobile number and email id.
** After enter recaptha , an OTP will be send to your registered mobile number and email id.
** Once OTP is validated to be correct,set your password.
** Password should contain 8 to 16 characters.
** After sucessful registration you will be an online user and enable to Login.
** You can use registerd mobile number,email id or customer id as username for login.

FAQ Frequently Asked Questions :
1. What you meant by Payment through Paytm Services?
It refers to the facility for payment of Gold loans without registration for E Services using the mobile wallet service offered by Paytm.

2. What processes or procedures need to be followed for making Payment through Paytm?
Customer has to follow the below steps for making payments through Paytm service :
a. Click the Payment Through Paytm link
b. Enter the 16 digit pledge number of the customer
c. Log in to Paytm

d. Select any of the following options :
i. Full settlement amount payment
ii. Full interest amount payment
iii. Part Interest/Principal Payment
e. After selection, customer can make payments through the options available as displayed by the system

3. Which are the other options available for payment?
The customer can remit amount through the following other options :
a. Debit Card
b. Net Banking

4. Are there any charges for making online payment through Paytm?
Customer will have to bear his Paytm’s service charge, if any, for online payments. Presently it is 1.5% of amount plus service tax or Rs.200 plus service tax whichever is less.

5. Is Paytm Wallet allowed for making online payments through Paytm?
No. Paytm Wallet is not allowed for online payments under OGL.
6. Can friends/ relatives make payments on behalf of the customer through Paytm?
Yes, friends /relatives having Paytm account can make payments on behalf of the a customer.

7. What is Express Pay?
Express pay is the facility that enables payment of principal or interest in a Gold loan without registration for eServices

8. Is there any other extra charges taken from my account if I make the payment online?
Customer will have to bear his bank’s service charge, if any, for online payments. Presently, for payments through Net banking facility, the customer has to pay Rs. 13/- plus service tax, i.e. Rs.14.82, and this is irrespective of the transaction amount.

If customers choose the Debit Card option, they have to pay 1 percent of the transaction amount plus service tax. 0.95 % plus service tax on the value of the transactions done through Mrupee wallet.

9. I want to pay loan online. How can I pay?
Customer can settle the gold loan by accessing the Manappuram customer portal through his User ID and password. After entering User ID and password, the system will give complete information about the Gold Loan accounts.

By selecting the appropriate loan account, the customer can remit the settlement amount through the following options :
a. Debit Card
b. Net Banking
c. Mrupee Wallet
