We have provided multiple ways to pay the premiums online using Net Banking, Credit Card, Debit Card, Bill Pay along with various offline and auto payment options.

Credit Card/ Debit Card:
Pay your premium using Credit/Debit Card (Master/ Visa/ Diners/ Maestro/ American Express/ RuPay).
EMI option with HDFC Bank Credit Card
Pay at our HDFC Life Branch:
Cash, cheque or demand draft payments are accepted between 9.30 am to 4.30 pm from Monday- Friday and between 9.30 am to 12.00 pm on Saturday. Branches are closed on Sundays, national holidays and region- specific holidays.
Instructions:
Cheque:
** Cheques/ Demand Drafts must be drawn in favour of HDFC Life Policy No. XXXXXXXX. Please also mention your name, contact number and email ID on the reverse side of the cheque/DD to help us contact you if required.
** Kindly submit the Declaration of Relationship for Third Party Payment in case the premium is paid by a person other than the Policy Owner (Third party relations). Acceptable third party relationships include grandparents, parents, siblings, spouse and children. Also if the payer is an NPO (Non Profit organisation) like an NGO/charitable trust, the relevant portion of the Third party declaration needs to be filled. Click here to download the KYC form.
** For premium payment above 1,00,000, a copy of the identity and residence proof of the payer needs to be submitted.
** For cheque/ Demand Drafts payments equal to and above 50,000/-, kindly submit a copy of your PAN card. In case you have already submitted the same and there is no change in the details, kindly quote the same on the reverse side of the cheque (The provisions of the Income tax Act, 1961, casts an obligation of quoting the PAN on the person entering into the transactions for payment of life insurance premium aggregating to 50,000 or more in a year). In the absence of PAN details, please provide Form 60/61 (as applicable).
Cash:
** For renewal, revival or top up transactions, cash acceptance limit is 50,000 per customer in a financial year.
** If the cash amount to be deposited exceeds 15,000 and the cash is deposited by a person other than the Life Assured or Policyholder, then the depositor needs to obtain an Authority Letter from the Life Assured or Policy Owner and submit the same while depositing cash. HDFC Life Auto Pay
eCMS/NEFT:
Add/register HDFC Life as a beneficiary to facilitate renewal payments regularly through Netbanking
Instructions:
** Kindly verify the Policy Type (Unit Linked/Conventional) before paying the premium. To know your policy type, please refer to your policy document.
** You can pay premiums for “In Force” (active) policies only, before the premium due date.
** Please ensure that the amount paid by you is exactly as mentioned in your Renewal Premium Notice or Premium Reminder.
** Once the payment is successful, the premium receipt will be sent to your communication address or email ID registered in our records.
Note:
** For unit linked plans, the Net Asset Value (NAV) applicable will be determined by the date and time when the payment is received, subject to the cut-off rules followed in accordance with IRDAI. The current cut-off timing for the same day’s NAV is 3pm IST.
** No extra charges will be payable by you.

I have paid premium through net banking on 2-2-17 but not received any receipt so far. How can I get the printed receipt?
I have paid my annual premium through net banking. But I have not received any confirmation from HDFC. Please let me know how can I download the premium payment receipt?
How to pay interest online by using SBI debit card?
