RajKosh

RajKosh(Online Treasury Accounting System) is an e-Governance Initiative of Government of Rajasthan under Mission Mode Project category and is part of Integrated Financial Management System. Rajkosh facilitates the submission of Bills, Vouchers & Challans, Effective Budget Control, Compilation of Treasury Accounts,Preparation of Reports, Interface to external Agencies and Various MIS reports.

PayManager

PayManager is the Pay Bill Preparation System which meant for the Employees of the Government of Rajasthan State. It provides the common and integrated platform to prepare the pay bills of the employees. The Software not only provides the facilities for Pay bill Preparation but also Preparation of DA Arrear, Bonus, Arrears and Leave encashment Bills.

Online Government Receipts Accounting System (e-GRAS) is an e-Governance Initiative of Government of Rajasthan under Mission Mode Project category and is part of Integrated Financial Management System. e-GRAS facilitates collection of tax/non tax revenue in both the mode online as well as manual.

Social Security Pension

Social Security pension schemes are implemented by the Social Justice and Empowerment Department, (SJED) Government of Rajasthan. In particular, Article 41 of the Constitution of India directs the State to provide public assistance to its citizens in case of destitute, old age, sickness and disablement and in other cases of undeserved want within the limit of its economic capacity and development. It is in accordance with these principles that the Government of India introduced in 1995 the National Social Assistance Programme (NSAP) to lay foundation for a National Policy for Social Assistance for the poor.

FAQ On e-GRAS

1. What all points are to be take care while preparing challan through eGRAS ?
** Use of special characters should be avoided.
** Don’t use separators like “,” , or ‘-‘ etc.
** Fill values for all mandatory fields.
** Check all values before finishing the process.

2. Can I use the previously entered information ?
Yes, you can use it by using the “Repeat’’ option given in your login screen.
3. can I get extra copy of challan generated on eGRAS ?
You can get extra copies from your account on eGRAS by clicking on view/Pdf option.

4. What if any payment is successful on eGRAS but not updated on rajtax ?
To update the same, open the rajtax. gov.in site and use “eGRAS payment verification” option and supply the necessary information.

5. What if I am not being redirected to bank’s site to make online payment after submitting the challan form generated from eGRAS site ?
** Check your challan details again, and fill values for all mandatory fields.
** And if the problem still exists, contact to e-Treasury/Banks for the same.

6. What if I don’t get electronic receipt after e-payment ?
** If you don’t get it at the time of payment confirmation then check it again on the bank website.
** If you still do not get it then contact to the concern person of bank.

Features of IFMS Rajasthan

Integrated Financial Management System (IFMS) is a web-based application that automates the financial management processes of the Government of Rajasthan. It was launched in 2010 and is currently being used by all departments and offices of the state government.

The main features of IFMS include:
** Budgeting: IFMS automates the budgeting process, from preparation to execution. This includes features such as budget estimation, allocation, and monitoring.
** Accounting: IFMS automates the accounting process, from recording of transactions to preparation of financial statements. This includes features such as ledger posting, journal voucher generation, and trial balance preparation.
** Treasury: IFMS automates the treasury process, from cash management to fund transfer. This includes features such as cash flow management, bank reconciliation, and fund transfer.
** Purchase: IFMS automates the purchase process, from indenting to payment. This includes features such as indent generation, purchase order generation, and bill payment.
** Stores: IFMS automates the stores process, from stock management to issue and receipt. This includes features such as stock ledger, issue voucher generation, and receipt voucher generation.
** Payroll: IFMS automates the payroll process, from salary calculation to payment. This includes features such as salary slip generation, TDS calculation, and payment disbursal.
