Leave Management System:
Online Leave Management System (LMS) is developed to electronically manage the leave application system of SERP employees and facilitate SERP management to effectively track and monitor the employees.

Key features of this system are listed below:
1. Every employee can apply leave request online as per leave entitlement. The leave request will be automatically forwarded to the Reporting/Approving officer for approval as per HR database.
2. All requests made by the individuals will be logged in the “My work-list” of reporting/Approving officer
3. The Reporting/Approving officer may login to the ESS system based on the SMS alert and approve/reject/forward
4. The workflow based system, enables employees and Reporting/Approving officers to track the leave request/approval/rejection status.
5. MIS reports including “Leave Balance” table and “Holiday List”can be viewed by Employee/Reporting/Approving officer.
6. At every stage, from leave application to sanctioning an auto-generated SMS, email will be delivered to the concerned.
Tips to use LMS system:
1. Every employee can log into the LMS web portal only using unique “Employee ID” allotted by HRMS system. Please follow below steps for checking your Employee ID, Mobile Number, Email and other details:
Steps for HR Employees (FTEs, MSCC, Supporting Staff):
1) Navigate to URL https://www.serp.telangana.gov.in/HRMSTG/.
2) In Left Menu click on Employee Reports HR Employee Details.
3) Choose Search Criteria matching your workplace and Click on R1. Employee Detailed Report.
4) Employee details matching search criteria are displayed in tabular format.
Steps for Non HR Employees (Govt., Consultants, Outsourcing, Deputation, DRDA):
1) Navigate to URL https://www.serp.telangana.gov.in/HRMSTG/.
2) In Left Menu click on Employee Reports Non HR Employee Basic Details.
3) Choose Search Criteria matching your workplace and Click on Submit.
4) Employee details matching search criteria are displayed in tabular format.
2. Every employee should ensure that his/her Mobile Number and Email are updated in HRMS system. Please contact HR unit for updation. Non compliance will lead to interruption of SMS and Email services from LMS system to employee.
3. Password Management for New Users:
Login with the default password: – HRADMIN.
** On login, for security reasons a temporary password is sent to user’s mobile.
** Use this temporary password and create a new password complying password policy.
** Password can be changed later using “Change Password” feature.
** Kindly do not share the password with anyone. In case user does not receive temporary password, please close the window and re login into the LMS application. User will receive a new temporary password.
** In case the temporary password is sent to wrong number kindly visit HRMS and update mobile number. Then re login into the LMS application and user will receive a new temporary password.
