1. Architect:
AutoDCR is the atomization of the approval process, followed for approval of architectural plans. It is an application customized for efficient management and approval of the drawings. It helps in attaining standardization and hence transparency in the total process of building permission. The complete building approval management system will be a web based system where Architects submit the plans and proposal basic data on line. In built Customized workflow available for approval based on power delegation. The proposal will be finally approved or rejected after different levels of scrutiny.

2.1. Link from TMC Website:

2.2. Login Screen for Architect/ Engineer:
Login id and password will be issued by the corporation after the registration in the system. As soon as Architect provides the username and password, Architect/ Engineer will enter in his console. This complete dashboard will show the Rejected, Pending and Approved proposals submitted. Link is provided on the file number for details. The left panel has the option of creating new proposals.

2.3. Proposals:
The architect/ Engineer needs to submit the proposal information from their office and submit the hard copy file to the TMC for physical submission.

2.3.1. Submission of Normal VP Proposal:
** After clicking on the Create a file, following application (MRTP) form appears. The Architect needs to fill the following details. Name of the applicant. Name of the owner. Proposed Project. Plot detail Area detail Building detail Attach the pre DCR formatted drawing file by clicking “attach” button. Attach documents for building plan.(soft copy of documents needs to be attached for the documents checked) Click save button to save the proposal.
** Proposal is created with a temporary number. The MRTP form is divided in to four sections for easy navigation. Proposal information Annexure A Annexure B Project Team
** Below screen shows the actual form. Proposal information includes the general information, site address and Document checklist.

2.3.4. Project Team:
** Selecting Developer is mandatory while proposal Submission. When following details are filled by architect and clicking on save button will save the proposal with temporary file number. User will be notified accordingly.

** There is “read from disk” option is provided for faster acceptance of proposals. Architect needs to fill all the proposal information at their office and bring the soft copy to the TMC. The Inward clerk needs to select the soft copy file from read from disk option. All the details get filled in automatically. The Inward Clerk fills the following details. Enter project title. Select type of Case. Select Proposed Project type. Select Sector Name. Enter Hissa No, plot area, survey no. etc.

** Type the name & address of the applicant. Select option button for Architect/ License Engineer/ Structural Engineer Select the name of Architect/ License Engineer/ Structural Engineer Attach the drawing file by clicking “attach” button. Attach mandatory & conditional documents for building plan/Layout approval. Click save button to save the proposal. Proposal is created with temporary number. As soon as proposal is created, it automatically goes to Architect console In process list. Following page is displayed

2.3.5. Submission of TDR Utilization Proposal:
The Submission is similar to Normal VP proposals. The endorsement in DRC takes place after approval from TMC.

2.3.6. Submission of TDR Proposal (DRC Generation):
** Architects/ LE can access the TMC online submission directly also from the URL- tdo.thanecity.gov.in/BPAMSClient DRC generation is stage wise program. Approval process takes Stage-I to Stage-4. Stage-I :-Architect/Inwd Clerk ?MS?DE?EE? ADTP ? DE?(Store room) Stage-II:- MS?DE?EE? ADTP ? DE?(Store room) Stage-III:-MS?DE?EE? ADTP ? DE?(Store room) Stage-IV: – MS?DE?EE? ADTP ? Commissioner?DE?(Store room)

All the master reservation for a selected sector is filled up automatically. Attach mandatory & conditional documents DRC generation. Click save button to save the proposal. Proposal is created with temporary number.

** As soon as proposal is created, it automatically goes to inward clerk console proposal list. Inward clerk opens the proposal by clicking the TDR File No/Temp No. Proposal is sent to Inward Clerk for further scrutiny.

3. Post Approval Process:
After the Commencement certificate issued from the TMC, work start notice has to be submitted to the corporation before actually commencing the work.

3.1. Commencement Notice:
3.1.1. Architect Console:
** Architect submits the application at the TMC, Inward clerk accepts the application. Following screens illustrates the process for accepting the Commencement Notice application. VP Number is given as an input parameter for searching the proposal against which CN application is created Inward No is issued against the application.
** Proposal is forwarded to the Inward clerk for further scrutiny. Architect?Inward ?MS?DE?EE?DE?(Store room)

3.2. Plinth Process:
3.2.1. Architect Console:
** Architect submits application for Plinth CC at TMC, the process is similar to Commencement Notice approval. VP Number is given as an input parameter for searching the proposal against which Plinth application is created.
** After saving the Plinth application Inward No is given for the proposal.
** Proposal is forwarded to Inward clerk for further Scrutiny. Architect?Inward ?JE?DE?EE?DYCE/ADTP ?DE ?(Store room)

3.3. Occupancy Process:
3.3.1. Architect Console:
** Architect submits application for Occupancy certificate at TMC, the process is similar to Plinth approval. VP Number is given as an input parameter for searching the proposal against which Occupancy application is created.
** After saving the Occupancy application Inward No is given for the proposal.
