MYEASYDOCS is used by anyone wanting the benefits of secure online documents. Users fall into 3 categories:
** People wanting to store their personal documents online in a safe and secure place (just like you).
** Issuing institutions such as universities and goverments wanting to provide their clients with a digital format of their documents for personal use.

Will my digital files be accepted when sent from MYEASYDOCS?:
Yes! Hundreds of people around using MYEASYDOCS on a daily basis to submit their documents online. Try us, and should you receive any hesitation, let us know and we’ll educate them on this new service.
Is there any space limit to my account?:
No.
How much does MYEASYDOCS cost?:
Storing your docs in your MED account is free. Service charges verifying/emailing your documents are on a case by case basis, depending on the agreement we reach with each institution (university, passport office etc.). Even then, it’s far cheaper and safer than mailing your docs the old way.
Can I close my account?
Sure. Let us know in writing and we will close your account and delete all files.
What is a VERIFIED DOCUMENT?:
Verified documents are your docs that have been approved by the issuing party such as a true copy of your passport, verified by your government’s Passport Office, or school transcript, verified by your University. Once approved by MYEASYDOCS, such 3rd party institutions will be able to securely deposit your verified documents directly into your MED account. A verified document will include a ‘digital seal’ added to the bottom of the document as shown in the following image.
Are there any other types of verifications you provide?:
We provide 3 types of certifications seals onto your documents:
Issuer Seal (RED): e.g. When the issuing party, such as a university verifies your transcripts or a Passport Office verifies your passport photocopy.
Notary Seal (BLUE): Provided by partnering notaries upon their signing on physical documents they approved.
Self Attestation Seal (GREEN): Provided after an SMS message was sent to your personal mobile phone attesting that you have certified this documents. This is used when you want to email a document that you have personally signed and want to attest to that fact.
