Application for registration as Exporter of Spices with Spices Board :

Pre-requisites for Online Registration :
** Valid IE Code issued by DGFT.
** Fee For Registration to be submitted by Demand Draft drawn in favour of Secretary, Spices Board payable at Ernakulam/Kochi (Validity of DD should be minimum 2 months on submission).

** If you are not getting an Email, after part I of application, Click here . If you are not finished your application Part I, continue by entering IE code
The process of online submission of application for registration as Exporter of Spices is divided into 3 parts.
– Part I & II : Online data entry of details by the firm applying for registration.
– Part III :- After completion of Part I & II, please generate a hardcopy of the application

Fee Details :
** Fresh Registration Rs. 5000/-
** Renewal of existing registration for next block period (2014-17)
– Rs.2500/- during the month of June 2014
– Rs. 250/- additional for the delay in each month ie., for July & August, 2014
– Rs. 5000/- after expiry date of the existing certificate.

Guidelines for filling the Application form
Name of the Organisation :
Name of the Person/Company should be clearly
mentioned in Capital letters leaving one column as space after each word. Name
should be the same as mentioned in the IE code.

Address of principal/registered office :
address with phone , fax and e.mail (an
alternative e.mail also) may be furnished. Registered office address should be the same
as mentioned in IE code. In case Branches are listed in IE code, address of all branches to
be furnished in the relevant column..

Note : If the address is changed/office shifted, this should be intimated to the Directorate of Foreign
Trade and suitable amendment/corrections made before applying for registration to Spices Board).

Constitution :
Columns as appropriate may be ticked and copies of necessary documents may be
provided for our verification. In case of Private and Public Limited Companies, Articles of Association
to be enclosed.

IE Code Number :
IE code no. should be legibly mentioned in columns with the
date of issue and place of issue details. A copy of the IE code should be attached.

Sales Tax Registration : Registration with the Tax authorities like GST,CST,VAT,TIN no.
to be furnished. Copy of any of these registrations should be attached.

Note :
If there is no tax registration for fresh exporter, an affidavit as per the following format may be
given for the time being
