How To Apply For PRC Mumbai Property Card?
This document is issued to the applicant, indicating the details of the property he is holding i.e. the Survey Number, Revenue Division, Area, assessment, ownership etc.

Under What Act/Rules/Govt. orders the Certificate is issued :
** Section 327 of the Maharashtra Land Revenue Code, 1966 and Rules there under.
** Whom to apply :The Superintendent, Mumbai City Survey & Land Records, Old Custom House, Shahid Bhagatsingh Marg, Fort, Mumbai – 400 001. at SETU Counter.
** How to apply :Application to be made in the prescribed form Affix Court Fee Stamp of Rs.5/- on the application

** Time limit within which the certificate will be delivered – 15 days

How To Obtain Senior Citizen Certificate?
** Introduction : This Identity Card is issued to those, who are above 65 years of age, for getting the concession in fare for travelling in State Transport buses and Railways.
