Book Mumbai Suburban Season Ticket :
To book and to use a Season ticket a customer must posses and carries while traveling an ID card issued by the Railway for Suburban travel.

The number of the ID card has to be provided when booking a Season ticket and this will be printed on the Season ticket. If the Identity card number printed on the Season ticket of the passenger does not match the number of the original Identity card carried by the passenger, he/she will be treated as passenger traveling without ticket and dealt with accordingly.
STATION CODE for a given station :
Station names along with station codes are provided in the drop down menu box against source and destination options. Customer have to select the source and destination stations from the list provided .At a time customer can provide up to three valid source and three destinations

ICICI Bank Payment Gateway :
Payments through any Master / Visa credit cards issued by any bank Transaction charges of 1.8% on the total transaction value will be levied by the card issuing bank.
Citibank Payment Gateway :
ALL MASTER / VISA/ DINERS CLUB CREDIT CARDS.
(Transaction charges of 1.8% on the total transaction value will be levied by the card issuing bank.)
Amex Bank Payment Gateway :
Transaction Charges of 1.8% on the total transaction value will be levied for Cards issued by American Express Bank. Transaction charges for American Express Cards issued by any other bank (eg. ICICI Bank) will be as applied by the issuing bank.
In this agreement the following words shall have the following meanings :
** Ticket – means any ticket issued by us. It is an authorization to travel using our ticket booking facility for the specified journey over the network of Indian Railways. This can mean an I-ticket or an E-ticket.
** PRS – Passenger Reservation System.
** Weekdays – All the days of the week other than Sunday.
** I-ticket- refers to a Railway reservation booked on this website for the consummation of which a printed Railway ticket on standard Stationery is dispatched by IRCTC to the Customer by courier which constitutes the authority to travel on a train.
** E-ticket -refers to a Railway reservation booked on this website, for the consummation of which the customer prints out an Electronic Reservation Slip which, along with the concerned authorized personal identification, constitutes the authority to travel, in lieu of the regular ticket on standard Stationery.
