PGVCL Quick Payment
PGVCL Online payment page will be opened. Click on the Quick payment service option, next screen will be opened, then enter the following details.
Steps :
1. Select Your Company [DGVCL]
2. Enter your 11 Digit Consumer Number [25874965123]
3.Enter Captcha Code
4. Click on “Check Consumer” button.

** Recommended system requirement is Windows XP with Service Pack 3 or higher versions and Internet Explorer 8 or higher.

** Incase your payment shows “Failed” , “Pending” or “Receipt not Generated” , kindly check your email for reason of failure and verify your bank account/credit card details. If your account is debited, then you need not reinitiate the same. We request you to kindly re-check the payment status after 5 working days by login at History -> Payment History.

** Thereafter, available payment options will be displayed. You can make payment by Debit Card, Credit Card or Internet Banking.
Consumer Complaint :
Incase your payment shows “Failed” or “Pending”, kindly verify your bank account/credit card statement. If your amount is debited then you need not reinitiate the same.
Your payment status will be reconcile and updated after 5 working days from the date of payment. We request you to kindly re-check the payment status after 5 working days by login at pgvcl.in -> History -> Payment History.

Company is incorporated on 15th September, 2003 with certificate of business w.e.f. 15th October, 2003. Commercial operation of company is started on 1st April 2005. PGVCL is feeding electricity in 12 district of Gujarat namely Rajkot, Jamnagar, Junagadh, Porbandar, Bhuj, Bhavnagar, Surendranagar, Amreli, Botad, Morbi, Devbhumi Dwarka and Gir Somanath.
For better administration and consumers’ conveniences, administrative area of company is divided in to total 11 and out of which 6 circles are under direct control of Corporate Office and 4 circles are under the control of Bhavnagar Zonal Office and 1 circle under the control of Bhuj Zonal Office. I have made bill payment through net banking for consumer No.30411057995 amounting to Rs. 950/- on dated 05.05.2020. As per my payment receipt, Transaction shows successful status and bill receipt is also generated with transaction code SBBR87687XXXXX. the amount is also debited from my SB account. However, bill is showing pending payment and is not updated in bill information though more than 10 days have passed. Also there is no 15 digits reference number in my payment receipt hence I am unable to see payment status.
I have 13 digit consumer number and hence unsvle to make payment
