Trade License

To obtain Trade License from Municipal Corporation you need following documents in scanned form. Once you have submitted your application online along with copy of scanned documents, you are required to meet official in Citizen Facilitation Center (opposite Civil Hospital) on the next working day along with original/certified documents for verification purposes.

Once your documents are verified then your application will be processed further. :
** (Optional) Lease Agreement in case of premises is on lease/rent/sale deed
** Mandatory) Occupation Certificate for premises as commercial building
** Mandatory) NOC from Fire Department
** (Optional) NOC from Civil Surgeon (Mandatory in case of application for license u/s 335 and 336)

** (Optional) Star Category of Hotel (this is mandatory for those applying for Hotel License)
** (Optional) Actual Turnover of last three financial years (CA certified copy) (Mandatory in case of application for license u/s 330)
** (Optional) Registration Certificate from either of the following (HSIIDC/GM/DIC Shop and Establishment)(Mandatory in case of application for license u/s 330)

Note :
** Along with these documents there should not be any outstanding House Tax liability
** To complete the process of online application you must be Logged-In. If you do not have a Login ID/Password, please click on Register button and get yourself registered.
Trade License u/s 330, 331, 335 and 336

Information :
In order to apply online for Trade License, please search for your property for where you are operating, and then fill in the details in the page to complete the process.
However, if there are any outstanding House Tax dues for the property then you need to first pay House Tax dues before your application can be processed by system.

Trade License u/s 330 :
Documents Required :
1 Application
2 In fresh case Turnover Year 2008-09 to till date & In the case of renewal Turnover of last year.

3 NOC from Fire Dept. ( No. date valid upto)
4 Registration No. of HSIIDC, GM, DIC Shop & establishment etc any one ( No. date valid upto)

5 Occupation Certificate for premises as commercial building/Industrial building or in case of old city area the proof of sanction Building plan or proof of change in commercial inspite of Occupation Certificate.

6 Registered Lease Deed/Agreement in case the premises is on lease/rent or Sale Deed/Allotment Letter/ Re-Allotment Letter (Attested by Executive Magistrate/Notary/Any Authority or self attested.)

7 Receipt of House Tax upto till date. Please specify the page no. on which the documents have been attached.
