Return a Product:
If you are not satisfied with any of our products, you can return it to us within 30 days free of charge (except any intimate product including Lingeries).

You are liable to get your money refunded, in case of the following scenarios:
** Wrong product has been shipped that does not match with your order.
** Manufacturing defect in the product.
** The merchandise got damaged during transit, and we are unable to replace it.

Note:
You may be asked to send a courier back to our address using the spare tamper proof packet provided to you along with your order. To get the courier charges refunded, you need to attach a copy of the courier bill.
Returns Form :
Please follow the steps mentioned below and send back the product to us along with this form to process your request. On receiving the items in our warehouse we will perform a quick Quality Check. After a successful quality check we will send a coupon of Rs150 on your registered email/mobile number as a reimbursement of courier charges for future purchase
Step 1: Place an online return request for Refund/Replacement
A. Go to yepme.com/AddComplaint.aspx and select “Already Placed Order”.
B. Fill in your Order No. and registered mobile no. with Yepme.
C. Select the reason of return and follow the on-screen instructions.
D. Please make note of Complaint Id once your return request has been created and fill it in step 2.
Step 2: Fill your order number and complaint id (created in step 1)
Step 3: Prepare your return package
Pack the Item(s) in a Bag with:
** All items (that you want) to return( in unused/new condition)
** Tags and Packaging (with these items)
** This form (completed)
Seal the Bag:
(With adhesive or Seal tapes)
Paste Address Label:
(See Step 4 below for address)
Step 4: Courier the Package
Please courier your return package to the below mentioned address:

Request you to send the AWB number and courier name on refund@yepme.com for faster processing of your complaint. Also retain your courier slip until we notify you that we’ve received your return package.
Note:
Incase we don’t receive your product within 14 days from the date of registering complaint for refund/replacement, your request would be cancelled.

They have to give a return form in our parcel. But this time they did not give. Please send the return form to my email kittukrishna8645[AT]gmail.com.
The product's size will be different from what they shown in image of yep mee.
Yeomespruce clutch_dark coral(15828)delivered but this item damaged.
