Refund Policy
Mandatory pre-requisites to claim Refund:
As per our return policy we request you to send the product preferably through speed post in a saleable condition. Also request you to send the AWB number and courier name on refund@yepme.com for faster processing of your complaint.

** Yepme doesn’t facilitate reverse pickup of your product therefore we encourage you to return your product within 14 days of registering the complaint. Your courier charges will be reimbursed in terms of Coupon Code which will be sent via email and SMS to your registered email address and mobile number respectively for your future shopping @ Yepme.
Note:
Incase we don’t receive your product with 14 days your refund/replacement request would be cancelled
Under what conditions Refunds will be provided?
In case of the following scenarios you are liable to get a full refund of money ( except any intimate product including Lingeries):
** We have shipped a wrong product that is not matching with your order.
** There is a manufacturing defect in the product ordered by you.
** The merchandise got damaged during transit, and we are not able to provide you with a replacement.
** You have thirty days (from the delivery date ) to make up your mind and intimate us that you wish to claim for a refund as per Yepme.com’s return policy
Yepme.com’s 30 Day Returns Policy:
** Though we strive to give you a great customer experience each time you shop with us, if at all you are not 100% satisfied with your purchase, you can return your Order for a full refund of paid price.

Can I return a part of my order?:
** Yes, you may return a part of the Order, in case of multiple items in an order. Any product being returned needs to be returned in full including all components as well as any complimentary gifts or products which came along with it.
** However, if your purchase was made in the period of a special promotional offer, contests or any special scheme then special rules might apply for returns.”

Can I cancel the Replacement?:
If you wish to cancel your Replacement order, get in touch with Customer Care as soon as possible with your order number. As long as your order has not been dispatched we can cancel it and will refund your amount . If your order has been dispatched but yet to be delivered, please do not accept delivery and contact Customer Care to inform them of the same. Refunds will be processed as per our Return policies.

Size is not matching.
I have ordered two jeans. For that I had paid Rs 1298. But I'm not satisfied with the quality of jeans. So i want to return it and want to get my money back. My order no is 30883310 and invoice no is BK6260424. Kindly please look in to the matter and do the needful.
