How do I cancel an order on HomeShop18.com?:
You cannot cancel an order once it had been confirmed. Though, a replacement option is always available if delivered item is damaged

How and when should I expect the refund?:
** Refund process varies with the mode of payment used while placing the order. For e.g. if the order was placed via internet banking, then the amount would be refunded to your bank account directly.
** As for the duration, refunds for payment made through CoD/DD/cheques take 15-20 working days.
** For credit card / debit card payments, refund processing time is 6-8 working days.
** For orders placed through gift certificates, refund mode would be through gift certificate and a new gift certificate would be issued.

On selecting PayU Money on HomeShop18 payment page, you order value will reduce from Rs 1501 to Rs 1451 ( Rs 1501- Rs 50 = Rs 1451) After clicking Confirm Payment and logging in with PayU Money, you’ll get another Rs 150 off and your final order value will be Rs 1301. ( Rs 1451- Rs 150 = Rs 1301)
