Track Online :
DTDC Web Tracker is Web based shipment tracking Solution which is generally suitable for low volume and non frequent customer. No software installation is required to track the shipment. Any system connected with Internet will be enough to track the shipment. Maximum of 25 consignments, separated by comma can be tracked at a time. Customer can track the shipment using DTDC Consignment No. or corresponding Reference No.

E-Tracker:
1. DTDC E-Tracker is an online utility which enables back-to-back tracking integration between DTDC and the client. This is mainly useful for E-enabled customers, whose backend system is equipped enough to integrate at system level.
2. System can be integrated through Web services, HTTP Request or secured FTP integration. This solution provides the incremental consignment status in periodic manner based on configuration.
3. Apart from the system level integration, this solution can provide the periodic consignment status to the customer in CSV file format via email.

SMS Tracker
DTDC SMS Tracker is a SMS-based solution wherein our customer can avail multiple services just by sending the predefined keywords to a designated mobile number. Services such as Consignment Tracking (Domestic & International), Pin-code serviceability and City serviceability are provided through SMS Tracker

** To Track your Shipment Type ‘DTDC<space>Consignment Number’ and send SMS to 9845324040 (Example: DTDC B22399923).
** To Check pin-code, Type ‘PIN<space>Pin Code’ and send SMS to 9845324040 (Example: PIN 700019).
** To Check Serviceable City, Type ‘CITY<space>City Name’ and send SMS to 9845324040 (Example: CITY Agra).

FAQs :
1. What can be shipped in the DTDC Box?
The content in the box should not exceed the weight specification of the box. Contents should be compatible with the container and packed securely to ensure safe transportation with ordinary care in handling. Please refer to the list of restricted and banned items, for further reference ‘Restricted and Banned Items’.

2. What are DTDC’s terms of carriage of shipment?
DTDC advises the parties to insure the goods handed over to DTDC for transportation. Under the consignor insurance in the event of any loss DTDC shall provide COF (Certificate of Facts) on request. A COF charge of 0.2% on the invoice value shall be charged. If the consignment is not insured by the consignor DTDC has provisions to cover under Risk coverage policy, if consignor agrees to pay Risk surcharge as applicable at the time of booking. The maximum value goods carried under Risk coverage by DTDC is Rs. 50,000/-.
