How do I cancel an order on Coveritup.in ?:
If unfortunately you have to cancel an order, please do so within 8 hours of placing the order because we try our best to dispatch it as soon as possible.
For outright cancellations by you:
If you cancel your order before your product has shipped, we will refund the entire amount.
If the cancellation is after your product has shipped:
If you received the product, it will be eligible for replacement, only in cases where there are defects found with the product.
If there is a Manufacturing Defect/Damage in Transit:
Should be reported to us within 4 days after you’ve received the product, the product will not be eligible for replacement if Cover it up is notified after 4 days.

Cover It Up currently supports the following payment methods :

** COD (Only for India-domestic orders)
COD charges of Rs.49 as convenience charge are applied on all cash on delivery orders by our courier partners. We accept credit cards and debit cards of Master Card, Visa, American Express .
How do I track my order?
When you place an order and it is dispatched you will receive an email notification with a tracking number. Use the tracking number to locate your parcel on the our website. Please note that it can take upto 2-6 Working days for the order to arrive after the shipping message.
Where do you deliver?
Cover It Up currently ships to addresses within India. We also ship internationally.
What are your shipping options, costs and delivery times?
Processing Time :
Order processing usually takes 1-2 business days. During peak holiday periods that time may be longer. We don’t work on Saturday and Sunday.
Refund Policy:
Refunds will be made in the same form that the payment is received within 10 working days from the date of cancellation of order.
Return Policy:
In case of complaints regarding products that come with a warranty from manufacturers, please refer the issue to the concerned manufacturer. Let us know & we’ll help you regarding the same. If you think, you have received the product in a bad condition or if the packaging is tampered with or damaged before delivery, please refuse to accept the package and return the package to the delivery person.

We will personally ensure that a brand new replacement is issued to you with no additional cost. Please make sure that the original product tag and packing is intact when you send us the product back.
