Turn around:
All orders are shipped within 48 hours of the ordered time. Products will be delivered with in 8 working days from the ordered date.

We do not charge any shipment fee on LivaStar. It is free and it will be free.
Refund Policy:
** Refund request would be accepted with in 7 days of delivery .
** Product that you returned should not be washed , altered , soiled. Product should be returned with original packing, labels & tags.
** For refund eligible products – Once the returned item is received at our warehouse, it undergoes a Quality Check. Typically the refund process is initiated within 2 days of Quality Check Expected refund resolution timeline is 14-21 days post Quality Check.
** If payment is done through online mode your amount will be credited into your account which you used while placing an order & if you opted for cash on delivery services once we get product to our ware house our customer executives will give a call and take your Banking details .
