** Once gaticonnect ships your product, it sends you an email with the Docket number. This is also available in your Account Information.

Gati Order Policy For Local Products

** It is the responsibility of the customer to read carefully the description of products, shipping declaration and destination information before placing the order, and to ensure that all personal contact information, billing details and delivery address details shall be accurate and correct.
** The MRP displayed on the website is inclusive of all taxes, Bank Processing Charges and other commissions.
** Orders placed on National Holidays or Sundays will be processed on next working day.
** An Order for Local Products placed on GatiConnect.com under the payment option of Credit Card or Debit Card shall only be treated as confirmed once payment authorization is received from the Bank and a confirmation message is sent from Gati Connect to You.
** An order for Local Products placed on GatiConnect.com under the Cash On Delivery (COD) payment option shall only be treated as confirmed once a confirmation message is sent to You from Gati Connect. Gati Connect or the Vendor will contact You to confirm the Order details after receiving the Order before a confirmation message sent to You. You authorize Gati Connect or the Vendors of the products ordered to contact you to confirm the Order details using the contact information provided by you.
** The Shipping and Delivery of Local Products are subject to the terms and conditions of Gati Connect’s Shipping Policy for Local Products.
** Order Cancellation and Refund of Local Products are subject to the terms and conditions of Gati Connect’s Order Cancellation $ Refund Policy for Local Products.
** The Return of Local Products are subject to the terms and conditions of Gati Connect’s Return Policy for Local Products.

Gati Connect or the Vendor will contact You to confirm Order details before confirmation of supply by the overseas vendor is initiated. You authorize Gati Connect or the Vendors of the products ordered to contact you to confirm the Order details using the contact information provided by you.
