Shipping & Exchange Policy
** At SR Store, we take great care in delivering your products to you, and we partner only with reputed national courier services.

** All your orders would typically be dispatched within 10-15 working days from the date of order, since these are on pre orders.
Standard delivery:
** Standard Shipping charges of Rs. 100 would be applicable for each order. Our reputed courier partner ensures that you receive your order at the earliest and in good condition.
** Please note that the delivery time is 10-15 Working Days, since these are on pre orders.
** Products bought from the Ships in 24 Hours category are shipped in 24-48 hours, since we have them in Stock.
** We will send a confirmation E-mail and notify you via SMS with the tracking number once we dispatch your order.
** Please note that this is not a guaranteed delivery dates for your order. Some order/products may take longer to deliver due to remote locations, uncertainties in shipping, product availability, and circumstances outside our control (weather etc.). Returns, Exchanges, & Cancellations:

** Returns or Exchanges accepted only within 7 days of receiving the order, Returns must reach within 7 Days once an order is delivered at your place.
** Products to be returned in its original packaging only & NEW condition only along with original packing bags given, USED Products won’t be accepted in any case.
** We do not give any Cash back refund for any Exchange or Returns.
** We will Exchange only once for an order, We cannot accept Exchange for the second time.
