Track Your Order:
From confirmation of your order by Khadinatural to receipt of the package at your doorstep, you can track the status of your order – online.

Order status:
** This value added feature is available for all our Registered Users. Once your have placed your order with Khadinatural online, we will keep you updated on the status of your order up to dispatch, through your Khadinatural account.
** Please login to My Account at any time to view the status under My Orders.
** On dispatch of your order your Tracking Number will get updated on website along with Courier Service.
Track your shipment:
** Please note that you will not be able to track your package until we have handed the package over to courier service and thus have not given you an air waybill no. It takes us 5 working days to process your orders.
** If you do not have your tracking number, please contact us. We will email you back with your tracking number so that you can check the status of your package.
** If you have a question about the status of your order, please contact us. We will email you a reply within 2 working days.
Shipping & Delivery:
We aim to process and dispatch orders as quickly as possible
** For deliveries in the Delhi : three working days unless we are exceptionally out of stock in which case we will let you know in advance.
** For deliveries in the rest of India : five to six working days unless we are exceptionally out of stock in which case we will let you know in advance.
** For deliveries in the rest of the world: five to fourteen working days unless we are exceptionally out of stock in which case we will let you know in advance.
** KHADI NATURAL reserve the right to refuse confirmed orders that will fall under the following categories of items:
** – Cheques, Money orders, Drafts & E- Banking
** Orders that are customer approved but without enough funds will not be processed.
** Delivery of Goods will take place at the Delivery Address specified by you during the Order process. You will need to submit a separate Order for Goods where you require multiple delivery destinations.
** If you are not personally available to accept delivery, you may appoint a representative to do so in your place.
** On delivery, the Delivery Agent may require you or your nominated representative to provide them with proof of identity, such as photo identification or proof
** You or your nominated representative may be required to sign a delivery manifest to confirm that the delivery has taken place. If you refuse to sign the delivery document, this will be taken as a refusal to accept the delivery.
** You agree to give us as much detail as possible about particular features of the Delivery Address to ensure delivery can take place.
