Is it necessary to have an account to shop on Paintcollar?:
You don’t need to have a Paintcollar account to shop. But having an account does make life much easier. You can store your shipping and contact information in your account so that you don’t have to enter it every time you shop. Once you are logged in, you can follow artists, appreciate artwork, participate in contests and much more! So while creating an account is not essential to shop, we recommend doing it to become a part of the awesome Paintcollar community.
What if I want to design and buy a product only for myself and not sell it to the public?:
This is definitely possible. Just make sure to keep the privacy setting as private (default). If you make it public, anyone can view and buy your product. Also set the profit margin to ZERO if you’re buying only for yourself. This means you will only be charged the base price of the product. Otherwise the profit margin will be included in the sale price and you will have to enter your account details to recover the amount. Why go through all that trouble?
How do I know that my order has been confirmed?:
Once the order has been placed, you will receive an email with the details of your order including items purchased, order number and shipping address. If you want to get in touch, please contact us using the information provided in the email or Contact Us page.
Is cash on delivery (COD) option available?:
Yes, you can pay cash on delivery. An extra amount of Rs 50 will be charged for all COD payments. This will be added when you select the COD option before checking out your order.
Does Paintcollar charge extra for delivery?:
We provide free shipping for all our products. However, Rs 50 extra will be charged for cash on delivery option.
When will my order be delivered?:
Your order will reach your doorstep within 7-10 days. This time period is subject to some variation in case of unforeseen circumstances like accidents, natural disasters, weather, bandhs etc.
Are there any hidden charges (sales tax or octroi) when I make a purchase on Paintcollar?:
The prices mentioned on our website are inclusive of all overhead charges, including shipping, unless specifically stated otherwise. We will never surprise you by charging extra.
