How do I check the current status of my orders?
** You can review the status and other information of all your orders, whether pending or fulfilled, that you have placed with giftease.com.
** To check the status of your pending orders, click on the “My Account” link in the top of any page on our store.
** This will take you to your My Account page, where you can click on the “My Orders” link to view the status of all orders.
** To view the status of a specific order, click on the “Order Number”.
** After your order is shipped out from our warehouse, we will send you a mail with the shipping details.

Where can I find / search a particular product?
** You can directly search for the product you are looking for through the search box provided on every page.

I live outside India, can I order for a delivery in India?
** Yes, you need to provide an Indian delivery address.
