** After you have clicked “Send My Order,” you may be able to cancel your entire order.

** Simply click on the link in your Order Confirmation email, or click on the “Track My Order” link on the website to view your order.
** If your order can be cancelled, you will see a “Cancel Order” button beside the order.
** If there is no “Cancel Order” button, we are no longer able to cancel your order.
** Please note you have a limited amount of time in which to cancel your order, as our system is designed to fill orders and get them on their way as quickly as possible.
** At this time, you are unable to cancel or change part of your order. You must cancel the entire order. If you are unable to cancel your order, once you receive your order in the mail, simply return any items you do not want by following our Return Instructions.
** Your credit card will not be charged if you cancel an order, however if you used a Gift Card to pay for your order, you may not receive credit back for a time period of up to 3 to 5 business days. You will receive an email confirming credit back to your form of tender once we are able to reissue credit.

Returning your Order :
Returns to our Online Store :
When you receive your order, the packing slip will contain detailed instructions for returning an item. Here are the basic steps:
1. Pack the item securely in the original package, if possible.
2. Affix the pre-paid, pre-addressed label onto your return package. No postage necessary. $7 will be deducted from your return credit for use of the label.
3. Please select a “Reason for Return” code on the packing slip and include the packing slip in your return package.
4. If you cannot send your packing slip, please include your order number, billing name, and address with the item.
5. Drop off your package at any UPS Store, UPS Drop Box, Office Depot, or Staples.
6. Track your return by logging into your account at aeropostale.com
Returns to an Aéropostale Retail Store :
** It is easy to return products purchased on aeropostale.com to any Aéropostale store.
Just follow these steps :
1. Find the nearest Aéropostale store by using our Store Locator. (Please note that returns must be made in-person. Aéropostale retail stores do not accept returns via mail.)
2. Online returns must be accompanied by an original packing slip. Be sure to keep a copy of the packing slip for your records.
3. Returns/exchanges will be accepted for unwashed, unworn or defective merchandise within 60 days of the original purchase date with the original sales or gift receipt.
4. Take the item and original packing slip to any Aéropostale or P.S. from Aeropostale store. Aéropostale merchandise must be returned to an Aéropostale location. P.S. from Aéropostale merchandise must be returned to a P.S. from Aéropostale location.
5. The store associate will process your return and issue you a credit to the original form of payment if payment was made with a gift card or credit card. Purchases made using Bill Me Later® or PayPal® as a payment method that are returned to a store will be refunded to a Merchandise Return Card.
** If you wish to receive credit to your PayPal or Bill Me Later account, please ship your items back using our online return option. Returns made with a gift receipt will be refunded to a Merchandise Return Card.
6. Please allow 30 days for the credit to appear on your billing statement.Please note that your original shipping costs will not be refunded.
7. Online purchases may not be returned to Canadian stores.
