Cancellation / Returns / Refund :

What happens if an item I have ordered is out of stock?
If an item goes out of stock after you have placed your order and received an order- confirmation, we will put forward our best attempt to fulfill the order by sourcing the selected item. In the event that we are unable to source it for you, or if it is likely to take longer than 7 days to ship, we will inform you about the delay and cancel the item, and reverse any charges made to your credit / debit card against that item.

Is there a limit to the quantity that I can order for?

No. However, in some cases where the order quantities are large, we may verify in order to ensure your security, to confirm that you have indeed ordered for these items.

Can I cancel an order or an item?
Yes, you can cancel the order fully or partially before it is shipped. However, you cannot cancel gift vouchers, once placed.

What is your return/refund and replacement policy?

How will I receive my money for the products which I have returned or cancelled?

You will receive your money in the same manner in which you paid at the time of purchase. However, for returns in any Globus store, you will be provided with a credit note which you can use to shop at any of our physical stores. How will I receive my money for the products which I have returned & for which I had paid through COD (Cash On Delivery) option? You will receive your money in your bank account. All you need to do is email us the bank account details (A/c no., A/c name, Bank Name, Branch Address, IFSC/NEFT code) along with the return / refund request & your account will be credited in 15 days time after the receipt of garment at our end. However, for returns in any Globus store, you will be provided with a credit note which you can use to shop at any of our physical stores.

Who will pay charges for the return shipment?
If you want the size or color or style replacement as you are not satisfied with your purchase, we will arrange the reverse pick of the merchandise through courier, you will have to pay the courier charges for the return shipment.
In the case of replacement where there is some manufacturing defect or the defect caused in transit Globus will bear the Courier Charges.
