How To Do Tamil Nadu Medical Council Registration?

Temporary registration for the students before starting internship Tamil Nadu & Pondicherry. This should be entered by the college.

New Doctor Registration :
Permanent Registration for Doctor after finishing internship.The degree completed in college from Tamil Nadu or Pondicherry will be accepted here.

Registered User Login :
Doctors registered with Tamil Nadu Medical Council can Login using this option.

Register with TNMC :
Doctors from other state except Tamil Nadu and Pondicherry Doctors can register using this option.

IMPORTANT :
The Tamil Nadu Medical Council has enhanced the fee for the following registration with effect from 1-1-2016 onwards.
1*.Fee for Permanent Medical Registration Rs. 3,000/-
2.*Fee for Additional qualification:
For Degree
For Diploma
Rs. 2,000/-
Rs. 1,500/-
*which includes the cost of Smart Name board.

Payment Detail :
Permanent Registration Fee : 3000
Additional Qualification Fee : NA
Total Fee : 3000
Fees can be paid by bank challan available in the office

** Fee can be paid by bank challan available in this office
** Attach Original copy and a xerox copy of you addition qualification to which request is made.
** Attach a attested Xerox copy of the medical registration certificate.
** Attach xerox copy Photo Identification(i.e. driving license/Voter ID Card/Passport/Any other proof for identification).
** Online application will be verified and authenticated by TNMC and you will get an response from the council once present all the above mentioned document in person .

Prerequisite :
** Register your basic degree with TNMC
** Register your email Id (How to register E-mail -Link)
** Digital passport size photo need for filling the application

Register your Degree,Diploma and DNB :

** After login you can see your profile and menus
** Select Add Additional menu fill up the form and press submit button

** After submitting download the Application form and attach document which were asked for

** Bring the printed application form along with required document From Monday to Friday by 9:30 AM TO 12:30 PM except government Holiday

** submit the document by paying cash using bank challan provided at the office Or can take DD from nationalised bank in the name of Registrar ,Tamil Nadu Medical Council payable at Chennai

About Us :
The Tamil Nadu Medical Council is a Statutory Body established under the provisions of the TN Medical Registration Act 1914 (Act IV of 1914). This state body is the Tamil Nadu unit of the Medical Council of India.

It does all the works of the Medical Council of India except the Medical Education. It maintains the registry of doctors practising in the state.

Apart from the Registry of doctors, the Tamil Nadu Medical Council acts as the disciplinary body for all doctors of modern medicine and imparts, monitors adherence to medical ethics by the medical fraternity. It acts on alleged medical negligence.
