Mandatory – Items:
** Form 2 – Affix Court Fee Stamp of: Rs. 10
** Application in triplicate in Form 2 for registration of the Factory and Grant of License for a period not exceeding 10 years
** Declaration Form, about date of commencement of manufacturing process in prescribed format
** Challan/Fee receipt, Original copy of Challan of license fees paid + one self certified xerox copy of challan
** Electricity Bill as a proof for installed H.P.
** Proof for Ownership of Premises(Owned/Rented/Leased etc.)
** (In case of owned-7/12 extract, tax receipt, In case of factory located in M.I.D.C.- a allotment letter from M.I.D.C., In case of Rented/Leased-a lease deed)
Proof of Residence of Occupiership:
In Case of Public Limited/Private Limited Company:
** A certified copy of MOA, A copy of List of Directors with residential address certified by company secretary.
** A copy of Board Resolution nominating one of the Director as an Occupier certified by the Company Secretary.
In case of Partnership Firm.
** Partnership Deed with duly Registered from Register of Firms.
** NOC for other partner for accord one partner an Occupier
In case Central/State Government Organization, an Order issued by an appropriate authority/G.R. with respect to the nomination of an Occupier.
** A Copy of Letter of Approval of Plan by DISH.
Application will be processed as per the provisions of the Rule 6 of the Maharashtra Factories Rules 1963:

What amount is paid as Bonus ?
One bonus is paid per annum one amount of Bonus varies between 8.33% to 20% of yearly wages paid as applicable, depending upon the profit of the company.
Who is exempted from the payment of Bonus Act -1965 ?
Any establishment/Factories to which this Act applies is normally exempted from Payment of bonus for FIRST FIVE YEARS form the date of commencement of such units.
However such units are liable to pay bonus for the year during which it achieves profit during the exemption period of Five Years.
The payment of Gratuity Act, 1972 applies to which type of establishments ?
The payment of Gratuity Act 1972, is applicable to all Factories registered under the Factories act 1948 and employing 10 or more employees, and to all establishments employing 10 or more employees registered under the Bombay shops & establishment Act 1948. Go on top
Who is entitled for Gratuity ?
Any employee employed in establishment/Factory to this Act applies and have completed Five years of Continuous services is entitled for Gratuity.
What amount is paid as Gratuity ?
15 days salary/year for the total years of services completed is paid as Gratuity.
What are the remedies for a worker if he is retrenched/discharged/dismissed from an industry, to which this Act applies ?
Such workers has to approach Assistant Commissioner of Labour, of respective district for filing the reinstatement complaint, where attempts for reinstatement through conciliation is made, failing which the matter is referred to labour court for adjudication on adjudication labour court passes the appropriate order , which is termed as an Award.
