Renewal of Licence:

Renewal of licence under factories act, 1948:
** Submit an application in form no.2 in duplicate to the chief inspector for renewal of licence (pl.See form no.2)

** The application should be submitted within 2 months from the date of the expiry of licence
** The application should be accompanied by original licence
** Treasury receipt showing the payment of licence fee
** The licence fee shall be same as the fee paid during grant of licence (see licence fee table)
** If the application is not submitted within the time specified an excess of 25% fee has to be paid
** If it is a government factory a contingent bill signed by the drawing officer shall be sufficient proof of payment of the amount specified in the bill

Renewal of licence under contract labour (reg. & abo.) act, 1970:
** Submit application in form vii in triplicate to the licencing officer for renewal of licence (see form vii)
** The application should be submitted within 30 days from the date of expiry of licence
** The application should be accompanied by treasury receipt showing the payment of licence fee
** The licence fee changed for renewal of licence shall be same as for the grant thereof.
** If the application is not submitted within the time specified an excess of 25% fee has to be paid in addition to the ordinary fee
** If the application is submitted in accordance with the rules the licence shall be deemed to have been renewed until the date when the renewed licence is issued
** Licence renewed shall be valid for a period of twelve months

Renewal of registration under motor transport workers act,1961:
** Submit an application in form no I in duplicate to the chief inspector for renewal of licence (see form no I )
** The application should be submitted within 30 days from the date of expiry of the registration.
** The application should be accompanied by original treasury receipt for the payment of renewal fee
** The fees payable for renewal is similar to the fees paid during grant of registration (see fee table)
** If the application is not submitted within the time specified an additional fee of 25% of the ordinary rate shall be paid for such renewal
** If the application is made in accordance with the rules , the undertaking shall be deemed to be registered until an order is passed for renewal of registration by the chief inspector

Renewal of licence under ismw (r.E.&c.S) act, 1979:
** Submit application in form ix in triplicate to the licencing officer for renewal of licence (see form ix)
** The application has to be submitted within 30 days from the date of expiry of licence
** The application should be accompanied by treasury receipt showing the payment of licence fee.
** The licence fee charge for renewal of licence shall be same as for the grant of licence
** If the application is not submitted within the specified time an excess of 25% fee has to be paid in addition to the ordinary fee
** If the application is submitted in accordance with the rules the licence shall be deemed to have been renewed until the date when the renewed licence is issued
** Licence renewed shall be valid for a period of twelve months
