Terms & Conditions:
1. Consumer can make the online payment from the consumer portal between 1st and 25th of every month
2. Consumer Prepares his bill himself as LED follow Self-reading. There is no prior bill prepared by the department.
3. Consumer cannot prepare his bill giving a lower reading than the surprise-check reading, if any.
4. Following are the payment charges levied upon the consumer, extra to the billing amount for online payments.

| 3 | Credit Card Payment | 1.00% of the transaction amount. |
| 4 | Cash-card/Prepaid/Wallets | Rs 10 or 1.5% of the transaction amount whichever is lower |

LED has opened the e-Payment Service to the public w.e.f 1st February 2015
What all types of payment instruments are allowed.?
Credit Cards, Debit Cards and Internet banking of almost all banks are allowed.
What is permissible duration of payment facility?
Every month the electricty charges of LED will be payable from 1st to 25th of the month.
Does every consumer can pay the bill online?
Yes all the active consumers of LED can pay the bills online.
How often we can pay the bill?
LED follow monthly billing. Every consumer can pay the bill a single time during a month. No second time payment allowed.
When I make a payment am I making my latest month Bill?
Yes when you make a payment you are making the payment of your Latest(Current) month. And the consumption is calculated as the difference from your last payment.
