Cashless Claims:
** Approach the insurance desk of hospital.
** Show the ID card for identification purpose.
** Network hospital would verify your identity and submit pre authorization form to us.
** Our doctor will assess the documents and process the claim as per terms and conditions of the policy.
** We will also assign a field doctor to make the hospitalisation simple for you.
** We settle the claim as per policy terms & conditions with the hospital after completion of all formalities.
Reimbursement Claim Process:
** We will assign a field doctor to make the hospitalisation simple for you.
** Upon discharge, pay all hospital bills and collect all original documents of treatment undergone and expenses incurred.
** Claim form has to be filled in and along with, all the relevant original documents have to be submitted at the nearest star office.
** We settle the claim in subject to policy terms and conditions.

Emergency:
When the Insured meets with an accident or suffers from bout of illness that requires immediate admission to the hospital.
** After the patient is rushed to the hospital and avails treatment.

What are the documents required for filing a reimbursement claim?
The following are the basic documents required for filing a claim :
** Duly completed claim form (Intimation to toll-free number is mandatory before the form is filled).
** Original bills, receipts and discharge certificate/ card from the hospital.
** Original bills from chemists supported by proper prescription.
** Receipt and investigation test reports from a pathologist supported by the note from attending medical practitioner/ surgeon prescribing the test.
** Nature of operation performed and surgeon’s bill and receipt.
** Self-declaration/MLC/FIR in case of accident cases.
** Treating doctor’s certificate.
** If less than 15, BED to provide hospital registration certificate.

Dear Concern
Please I want you to interfere in my case I purchased star comprehensive insurance online on emi and was informed from on day one I am eligible for the service/claim for accident and after one month I am eligible for medical claims know it is almost 6 months I have completed paying my all premium on and before due date,
I have submitted my sons claim where in company’s rejecting stating to pay my premium in advance and my next premium is due in July month.
So please help and I want justice from you.
