To Know your free balance you may pls dial *126*9# from your prepaid number. You would get to see the number of free SMS / Mins / Data left in your account. If you do not see any balance that means you have exhausted all your free SMS / Mins / Data

How can I get my tariff plan changed?:
In Prepaid, you have flexibility of changing your tariff plan as you wish. You can recharge with the special Rate Cutter Vouchers (RCVs) to change your tariff.

In the settings of your phone, there is a option of maximum delivery time which we can adjust till maximum

There cab be various reasons for this :
** Please check the line selected, if line 2 is selected you will not be able to make calls.
** Please see that you have sufficient balance and validity in your prepaid account.
