This provides you the Coverage Details, Insurance Coverage, all information about Policy.

1. Select Claim Number
2. Enter Claim number
3. Click on Submit button

Download Identity Card

Provides you the Coverage,Identity Card Details and all information about Policy Ecard.
1. Select Employee Number
2. Enter Employee Number
3. Enter Contact Number
OR
4. Enter Email ID
5. Click on Submit Button to get an e-Card.

Get Cashless Status

Provides you the Cashless Details,all information about Cashless.
1. Enter Claim Number

Update Email ID With Mobile Number :
This will provide you to update the email id and mobile number.Please give the member id or Policy number

Claim Intimation

As per the policy terms and conditions intimation of claim is compulsory for all hospitalisation, this can be done by sumbitting the following details. After sucessful completion of this form the system will generate claim number, which can be used for while submitting your claim.
