This facility is offered to Corporate customers of the Bank maintaining accounts with CBS Branches.

Corporate Customers intend to avail of the Corporate Internet Banking facility may submit the application form appended below, to their respective branches where the Customers are maintaining their accounts.
On receipt of the duly filled in application form and its enclosures complete in all respect, Branch will configure the corporates to enable the CINB faciltiy. Thereafter, Branch will deliver the passwords to respective users after obtaining proper acknowledgement and activate the same.
Presently the following facilities are offered to customers through Corporate Internet Banking facility:
1) Balance enquiry in the Accounts
2) Cheque status enquiry
3) Download/ print of statement of account in various formats for a specified period/ current period.
4) Funds transfer between own accounts
5) Funds transfer between own account to any third party account maintained in any core banking branch up to specified limits.
6) Funds transfer from own account to accounts with other Bank through RTGS/NEFT, within the prescribed limit.
7) Stop payment of cheques
8) E-Payment of Direct Taxes
9) E-Payment of Indirect Taxes
10) E-Payment of DGFT (Online License Fee Payment of DGFT)
11) E-Payment of West Bengal Govt. Taxes.
12) Bulk upload – For crediting multiple credits like salary payment. etc.
Customers are requested to go through information on subjects like “Login Tips, Do’s and Don’ts, About Phishing, Avoid Fraudulent Mail” provided in the “Customer Information” on the Home Page of Bank’s Internet Baking Site centralbank.net.in before login to the system.
Note:
a.A customer can be mapped to either Role Level OR Account Level (not both) depending upon the nature of operation in the account sought for by the company/firm. Branches may refer to Branch Administrator’s User Manual on Corporate Internet Banking for details.
b.If a customer is already provided with Personal Internet Banking facility, the same should be deleted first before configuring the Corporate Internet Banking facility.
c.Separate Application may be obtained for separate/each CIF.

How to resolve the issue in online password generation “Your password is generated. Please contact branch”?
Branch admin has to change the status of PIN through admin module. Please contact branch for the problem encountered.
How to resolve “Webpage cannot be found” error after login?
The issue may arise because of incompatibility of our application with older versions of browser (IE 6). Make sure the user uses IE7 or above version browser.
How to activate user when it shows status “User already logged on”?
Customer to wait for around 20 minutes without further login for automatic log off.
What are the rules for login/transaction password generation?
Steps to generate login password online :
** Please click on the ‘online password’ link on the CBI personal internet banking login page and enter user ID and mobile number registered with branch prefixed by 91 (total 12 digits).
** Click on generate and click next. You will receive a onetime password active for only 3 minutes.
** Please login and change this password within 3 minutes.
Steps to generate transaction password online :
** After login, please click on the Transaction Password Generation link under the Options menu in CBI personal internet banking and enter your mobile number prefixed by 91 (total 12 digits).
** Click on generate.
** You will receive a onetime password which is active for only 3 minutes.
** Change the OTP and set the transaction password in the next interface displayed within 3 minutes.
