Any passenger intending to purchase Navya CAT Card must be above 5 years of Age and there is no upper age limit to become member of Navya CAT Card. The customer will be issued with an identity card, duly affixing a photograph incorporating user’s personal profile. The existing CAT card holder can continue with the CAT card till its expiry.

** FRESH CARD: The tariff of Navya CAT card is Rs 250/- with one year validity.
** RENEWAL CARD: Only one single denomination of Rs 150/- for renewal every year.
** ADD ON CARD: All the fresh & renewal “Navya CAT Card” holders are eligible to get “Add on Navya CAT Card” @ `100/- to maximum four family members viz., spouse, Sons & Daughters (unmarried), which will be issued at the Depot where parent card is purchased.
** A concession of 10% is given to the Navya CAT card holders in all types of Intra & Interstate services except AC and City services.
** ADDITIONAL COMPENSATION An additional compensation of Rs 1.75 lakhs for fresh card and Rs 2 lakhs for renewal card shall be provided in case of death of Navya CAT card holder, while traveling in APSRTC bus due to accident.
** “Add on Navya CAT Card” holder is also eligible for additional compensation as of parent Card i.e., Fresh / Renewal Navya CAT Cards.
** Renewal of Navya CAT Cards is allowed up to one month after completion of validity.
** 10% concession is given on the ticket fare except on minimum fare.
** Navya CAT card is not transferable. If lost, fresh card has to be purchased.
** Card should be produced for availing upto 10% concession and also to checking official on demand.
** No other concession is applicable to the Navya Cat card holder.
** Duplication of the card in any form is not valid for travel.

VANITHA Family Card

Will be issued to all the members mentioned in White Ration Card.

** TARIFF: Rs.100/- Vanitha Family Card isuued in the name of Woman.
** TARIFF: Rs.100/- Vanitha Family Card isuued in the name of Woman.
** CONCESSION: 10% concession will be extended to the family members either to travel individually or in group.
** VALIDITY: The validity of the card is two years and valid to travel on all Pallevelugu and Express Buses.
** ADDITIONAL COMPENSATION: There will be compensation payable to the extent of Rs. One Lakh per member for loss of life in case of accident while travelling in APSRTC Bus.

VIHARI Card

** Vihari cards were introduced w.e.f 06.03.2013 replacing JHT, IJHT and CGC.
** Tariff: Tariff of the Vihari card is Rs.550/- .
** Validity: Valid for 7 days in all Intra and Interstate services (Non A/C) except Indra, Garuda, Garuda Plus and Vennela services (A/C) of APSRTC.
** Concession: The card holder is entitled for 50% concession in all types of services except AC buses during the validity period. Reservation of ticket is allowed at Bus Station and ATB counters in advance.
** There is no separate card for children. 50% concession on the applicable ticket fare (for adult/ child) shall be given to the Vihari card holder.
** Cancellation of Vihari Card : Cancellation of Vihari Card shall be allowed on surrendering the card at the place of purchase before 00.00 Hrs of the day prior to the day of the commencement of the validity of the card duly deducting 25% of the card value i.e., to refund Rs 375/- only.
** The card can be purchased 7 days in advance.
** Existing cancellations rules shall be applied for cancellation of the tickets booked on the strength of Vihari Card.
** This card Is Invalid in the absence of Signatures of the card holder and issuing authority with seal and the card is not transferable.
** Modifications of validity period is not allowed.
** Once the validity period / Journey commences no refund Is allowed.
** Advance reservation of seat can be made at Bus Station or ATB counters.
** This card is not valid in special services operated with 1.5 times fare during Special occasions/ Jatharas
** Un – authorised writing/ alterations etc., result in confiscation of card and looses benefits / concessions entitled as Card holder.
** Loss of Card entails in purchase of fresh ticket by paying difference of fare for the journey performing on par with the regular fare paying passengers.
** Corporation Is not responsible for any claims In case of enroute failures etc., and non-operatlon of services for reasons beyond its control.
** Duplication of card in any form Is not valid for travel.
