** Large Industries are not Eligible for Land Conversion Incentive

** Projects Proposed to be set up under T-PRIDE in Municipal Corporation limits of Greater Hyderabad shall obtain pollution clearances where ever neccessary
** Textile Units other than Large industries may select Sector type as Manufacture for applying eligible Incentives
** For service sector enter Equipment Value, for others enter Plant & Machinery Value
The limit for investment in plant and machinery/equipment for manufacturing / service enterprises are as under:

Incentives claims under TS-iPASS to be applied for :
1. Pavalla vaddi.
2. Application for incentives for Transport Vehicle.
3. Power Cost Reimbursement.
4. Specific Cleaner Production measures.
5. Sales TAX (VAT/ SGST) Reimbursement.
6. Investment Subsidy.
7. Industrial Infrastructure Development Fund (IIDF).
8. Reimbursement of cost involved in skill upgradation and training.
9. Reimbursement of stamp Duty/Transfer Duty/Mortgage/Land Conversion/Land Cost.
10. Seed Capital Assistance for 1st generation Entrepreneur for Micro Enterprise.
11. Reimbursement of all expenses incurred for Quality Certification/Patent Registration.
12. Advance Subsidy before DCP for SC/ST Enterprises.

** Investment subsidy has to be applied after commencement of production within 6 months period. If not, the enterprise will be eligible to claim only 50% of claim amount.
** Applicant has to apply for incentives by clicking on Incentives (Left tab) and then click “Apply incentives”.
** The below page is displayed, where the applicant has to first enter his enterprise details.
i. Other Areas in the state has to be selected by the enterprises which are not in purview of GHMC.
ii. After entering all the details, click on Next.
** After clicking on Next, applicant has to enter his project financials.
i. Applicant if selects, new industry he will have to enter the details of line of activity and click on “Add new”.
ii. All the values are to be entered in “Rupees” for fixed capital investment. After entering the values the unit category shall be automatically displayed whether “Micro/Small/Medium/ Large/ Mega” based on investment on Plant & Machinery.
iii. After entering all the details, click on next.
** After entering Project financials, the applicant has to enter project details.
a. Power applicable to be selected as “YES”, if the power connection is new and in the name of enterprise otherwise “NO” has to be selected.
b. Click on Next after entering all the details.
