Cancellation Tickets :
Cancellation of advance tickets booked from HRTC One Month Advance Booking Counters is made subject to refunds as follow :

** When tickets are submitted prior to 12 hours before departure of bus, refund shall be allowed after deducting 10% amount of tickets.
** Where tickets are submitted within 12 hours prior to the departure of bus, refund shall be allowed after deducting 25% amount of tickets.
** Where tickets are submitted within 2 hours after the departure of bus, refund shall be allowed after deducting 75% amount of tickets.
** Where tickets are submitted after 2 hours of the departure of bus, no refund shall be allowed.
** Reservation / Handling charges are not refundable.
These cancellation rules do not applicable for Online Booked Advance Tickets (E-Tickets).
Cancellation rules for (E-Tickets) are as under :
** An amount of 10% of fare will be deducted in case the cancellation of e-tickets is up to 12 hours prior to the departure time of bus from orginating station of the route.
** An amount of 25% of fare will be deducted in case the cancellation of e-tickets is with in 4 to 12 hours prior to the Departure Time of the bus from orginating station of the route.
** No refund will be made in case of E-Tickets with in 4 hours prior to the departure time of the bus from originating station of the route.
** The e-Tickets can only be cancelled by the user him self by going to his accounts home page upto 4 hours prior to the departure time of the bus from orginating station of the route. Within 4 hours to the departure time of the bus, e-Tickets can not be cancelled through any mode i.e Online or at HRTC Counters.

Yes, it is necessary to register, only than you can use this facility.
Does booking online (e-booking) cost me more?
Yes. For e-ticket we charge a 2.5 percent service charges, which are non-refundable in case of cancellation.
Amount debited but ticket is not booked (Not appearing in the Booking History), what should I do?
In case your amount has been debited, but ticket does not appear in your booking history then please mail us at hrtc [AT] hrtc.gov.in with details Reference Number generated at the time of booking process, Date of transaction, Name of Card Holder and Amount Debited. The amount debited will be refunded to your credit/debit card.
Does booking at HRTC Booking Counters cost me more?
No! There is no service charge / reservation charges at the HRTC Booking Counters.
To Carry ID proof while travelling using E-Ticket is compulsory?
Yes, you have to carry the ID Proof while travelling using an E-Ticket otherwise you may be asked to purchase a new ticket.
Is it mandatory to carry printout of E-Ticket?
Yes, you have to carry the printout of E-Ticket with you at the time of journey.

I book my tickets from guest mode in hrtc and wanted to cancel it . how to cancel the tickets in guest mode .
I booked my tickets for AC Volvo for 06.09.2023 from Delhi to Baijnath and return on 10.09.2023 from Baijnath to Delhi on 29.08.2023. I got cancelled both tickets on 30.08.2023. Confirmation regarding cancellation received on same date; however refund is still not issued.

I have cancelled my e-ticket to travel from Joginder nagar to Delhi dated 4.10.17. I am yet to receive the refund amount.
My ticket number is 201709160000601 & seat number is 7. Kindly refund my money ASAP because I am not able to cancel. My ticket is on 16th September from Mandi to Dehradun.

There is server down. I am not able to cancel my tickets of 7th and 8th January 2017 from Delhi to Kullu and Kullu to Delhi. Please refund my money.
