Apply Student Bus Pass :
1. Student Studying in Evening College shall enclose Unemployment Certificate issued by concerned Head of the Institution.

2. Free bus passes are eligible for below 12 years for boys up to 7th class and girls below 18 years up to 10th class free bus passes will be issued only up to 30th September .
3. Concessional bus passes for the students will be allowed up to the age of 35yrs .
4. The entire image consisting of the photo along with the signature is required to be scanned and stored in *.jpg format on local machine. Ensure that the size of the scanned image is not more than 50kb. If the size of the file is more than 50kb, then adjust the settings of the scanner such as the dpi resolution, no. of colours etc., during the process of scanning.

Pass Automation & Accountal System :
System Prerequisites:
1.System with Internet Connection of moderate speed.
2.Browser, preferably Mozilla firefox, Google chrome.
3.Enter url : apsrtcpass.in in browser’s address bar.
4.Check the status of Java script in browser, if disabled please enable Java Script.
(If any warning message populates on the screen above the Bus Bhavan image it means java script is disabled in your browser, if not everything is fine.)
5.Enabling Java script in Mozilla firefox.
a.In the address bar, type about:config, and press Enter.
b.Click I’ll be careful, I promise.
c. In the search bar, search for javascript.enabled.
d. Right-click the result named javascript.enabled, and click Toggle. JavaScript is now disabled as the value is set to true.
6.Remove Header & Footers in browsers page setup. Set all headers & footers to –blank–
7.Disable printing of background data. Uncheck the options => Print Background
8.Adjust Margins in browsers page setup for printing.

General Terms And Conditions( Students ) :
1. Applications for all types of student passes shall be submitted online only. Manual submission will NOT be entertained except Free Passes.
2. Ensure that photo size for upload is less than 100 KB and it shall be in JPEG/JPG format only.
3. Ensure that all the fields are filled in correctly before submission.
4. Registration number generated after submission, shall be noted for future reference .Bus pass will be issued only based on Registration Number.
5. Application submitted online have to be certified online by the concerned educational institution. Student should ensure that submitted form is verified and certified by his/her institution online. Pass along with IDCARD will be issued only after certification by the institution.
6. Student data cannot be modified, once institution has forwarded the application.
7. In case of RTC Employee children student shall submit Copy of Employee ID CARD and orginal Employee Children Declaration Form certified by the unit officer concerned at the time of collecting IDCARD/PASS at counter.
8. Passes shall be collected at the selected Center on the Date indicated.
