How To Get PMPML Passengers & Student Bus Pass?

There are 35 Pass Centers in urban and rural Pune set up by the PMPML for passengers and students.

** Weekly Pass
Rs. 350/- Valid for all 7 days on all routes
** Monthly Pass
Rs. 1200/- Inside PMC / PCMC limit
Rs. 1500/- Out side PMC / PCMC limit.
** Students Monthly Pass
Rs. 600/- On all routes for multiple trips
** Senior citizens Monthly Pass
Rs. 450/- On all routes. The Senior Citizens have to fill up a form of Rs.5/- at the department before the pass is issued.One Day pass are Rs: 30 /-
** PMC Staff Monthly Pass
Rs. 700/- Valid for whole month on all routes

Students Monthly Pass: Used for travel from home to school/college. The rate according to the stage of travel is calculated and a discount of 50% is applied. The students have to fill up a form issued by the dept. for Rs.5/- and get it signed and stamped by the school before the pass is issued.

Passengers Monthly Pass : Valid for travel once a day, to and from pre-specified destinations. The charges are calculated by distance. The cost of twenty days travel is charged for a monthly pass.

What are the different kinds of passes that PMPML offers?
PMPML offers daily, weekly, fortnightly, quarterly and annualtravelling passes to make journeying convenient for its passengers.

Discounted passes are also there for elderly passengers, visually and physically challenged, reporters and freedom fighters. All PMPML passes can be obtained both online and offline.

Note : Having an identity card is mandatory for those using a passenger pass issued by PMPML. Application form for the pass is charged Rs 5 and the I-card is charged Rs 20.

Where should we complain if the buses are unclean?
Note the bus number, the bus route number (RTO number), bus timing etc and share this information by calling up on PMPML helpline number 020-24545454 between 6.00 AM and 10.00 PM or by sending an SMS to +91 9881495589. You can also file a complaint using our newly launched App – PMP eConnect.

For whom are seats reserved in PMPML buses?
