How to pay the charges?
On the scrutiny of the application, the stipulated charges have to be paid at the Citizen Service Center at MCH Head Office in the form of cash / DD.
What is the requirement for submitting an application for building?
Requirements for building application (up to 10m high building)
** Building application duly signed by owner, builder, architect, and engineer
** Declaration forms duly signed by owner and attested by Gazetted Officer
** Licence copy of architect / engineer
** Town Survey record from MRO
** Previous Sanctioned Plan
** ULC clearance for above 1000 sq m
** ULC affidavit (below 1000 sq m)
** Ownership documents (two sets attested by Gazetted Officer)
** Linked documents (attested by Gazetted Officer)
** Upto date property tax receipt
** Rs 20 Non-judicial stamp paper
** Building plans (1+5) duly signed by owner, architect, and structural engineer

WIN stands for Work Identification Number which is a unique number alloted to each work.
WIN is a 16 digit no.
** First 2 digits indicate the current year.
** 4th to 6th digit indicates the locality code.
** 8th to 12th digit indicate the Budget code.
** Last three digits indicate the Serial number.
