Step 1 :
Enter your HDB loan account number twice, loan account holder name and click on validate to validate the account number with our records. Choose the bank from which you want to make this payment You will be securely redirected to the payment interface of your chosen bank

Step 2 :
Enter your banking details (you can make payment through your netbanking or debit card online) Confirm your payment amount towards HDBFS loan account Your chosen bank account will get debited instantaneously

Please Note: In case you are a mulitple loan account holder then you will be displayed details of all loan account number with their respective overdue amount. You can select the loan account number against which you want to make payment.

Step 3 You will receive a Transaction Reference Number on successful completion of the transaction. Save the Transaction Reference Number for your reference

Please Note :
** This service is for HDB Financial Services customers only.

** This facility is only for payment of Overdue Charges. Payments made would be adjusted against the arrears outstanding in the account. Any excess funds will be refunded as per bank’s existing policy. Part-payment or loan Closure payments will not be processed.

** We will not be able to stop the presentation/ re-presentation of your regular mode of repayment i.e. PDC/ ECS/ Auto-debit.
** In case your mobile number has changed, please visit HDB nearest branch or write a mail to customer.support@hdbfs.com requesting to update your contact details.
** In the event you are unable to make your Payment, you can re-try after 24 hours. If you still experience an issue, please write a mail to customer.support[at]hdbfs.com

Please do NOT use this service if:
** You have not missed an/a EMI / PEMI payment and have an ongoing, active and regular means of paying your EMIs / PEMIs (by Post-Dated Cheques (PDCs), ECS instruction or auto-debit advice and so on) or
** You do not have over dues outstanding on your loan account.
