How To Register At GSPC Council?
Follow the procedure to register at Gujarat State Pharmacy Council (GSPC).

** At the time of application, applicant must have attained the age of 18 years.
** Applicant must resides or carries on the business or profession of Pharmacy in the State.
** Applicant must have taken admission to College approved by Pharmacy Council of India.
** Applicant must passed approved examination taken by examining Authority approved by Pharmacy Council of India.
** Applicant must have completed Practical Training as prescribed by Pharmacy Council of India.
How To Renew GSPC Registration?
The Registered Pharmacist has to renew his/her Registration every year by paying Rs. 100/- (Rupees Hundred Only) (including administrative charges) or every five years by paying Rs. 500/- (Rupees Five Hundred Only) (including administrative charges) before 31 st March of the concerned year.
The above amount should be paid by Cash or Crossed Demand Draft in favour of “Gujarat State Pharmacy Council” drawn on State Bank of India, Ahmedabad or any Nationalised Bank payable at Ahmedabad along with required documents

Procedure For GSPC Re-entry
A Registered Pharmacist who fails to renew his/her registration before 31 st March of the concerned year, the name of such pharmacist is removed from the Register of Pharmacists in accordance to the provisions of the Pharmacy Act, 1948 and the rules there under.
If the pharmacist desires to re-enter his/her name in the Register, he/she has to apply in a prescribed Form-L along with documents and prescribed fees
Procedure to follow if there is change in Registered Name :
A Registered Pharmacist who has changed his/her name or a part of his/her name, he/she should submit an application in prescribed form along with documentation of change or alteration in any part of the name and fees of Rs. 50/- (Rupees Fifty Only) (including administrative charges)
