How to add a pharmacy qualification (B .Pharm,M.Pharm ,Ph.D) against your existing registration number ?

If you are already registered with MSPC and want to add your qualification then following procedure is required to be fulfilled:
** Application addressed to Registrar for additional qualification (given below)
** Original mark list of the said qualification and photocopy of same
** Original degree certificate of the said qualification and photocopy of same
** Original leaving certificate of the institution from which the said degree is earned and photocopy of same( Not applicable for Ph.D Students)
** Remit Rs 50/-(Rupees fifity only) for each additional qualification and Rs 100/-(One hundred only towards postage)
If a candidate fulfils the above procedure in person, original documents will be returned tohim after necessary endorsements and a fee is accepted in cash. If a candidate sends all requirements by post or courier, fees is to be sent in the form of Demand Draft, addressed to the Registrar, MSPC, Mumbai. (cheques are not acceptable) payable at Mumbai alongwith above mentioned documents.
For Transfer of registration from MSPC to other states:
If pharmacist is registerd with Maharashtra State Pharmacy Council and wants to transfer his registration from Maharashtra to other state then he is required to approach other state pharmacy council ,fulfil their formalities and surrender MSPC registration certifciate to that council .MSPC will sent No Objection certifcate to that council upon recept of their request letter alongwith original registration certifcate issued by MSPC.
Pharmacist is required to pay Rs 500 /-(Rupees five hundred only ) towards NOC charges to MSPC by way of Demand Draft drawn in favour of Registrar,MSPC payable at Mumbai .Pharmacit is also advised to confim their updated renewal of registration preferably before they seek for tranfer of registration to other state .
How to renew your registration :
A pharmacist registered under the Pharmacy Act -1948 should annually renew his/her registration by the due date to retain his/her name on the Register of Pharmacists maintained by this office of Maharashtra State pharmacy Council (MSPC) .
If a pharmacist fails to pay his/her renewal fee by the due date (Before the first day of April of the subsequent year) his/her name is removed from the register of pharmacists under section 34(2) of Pharmacy Act -1948.
MSPC in its 92nd meeting has decided to convert the NRD (Non Refundable Deposit) scheme into Advance Renewal fee in lump sum (ARFL) scheme. Accordingly for all the pharmacists who have participated in the voluntary Non refundable Deposit (NRD) scheme for renewal of pharmacy registration by paying the appropriate amount on or before 1st October 2009, their Non Refundable Deposit with this council is automatically converted into renewal fees for proportionate number of years
