Online Vendor Registration Terms & Conditions:
** The Registration shall not bind NLC to give you any priority or preference in the issue of Tenders and Placement of purchase orders.

** This Registration does not guarantee that all or any of the enquires for the items registered would necessarily be sent to you, it will be at the sole discretion of NLC
** The performance shall be periodically reviewed by NLC for continuation of the enlistment with NLC.
** If the performance is found unsatisfactory, NLC reserves the right to delete the firm even before the expiry of the registration Period.
** Factory inspection will be conducted as and when required.
** If it comes to the notice of NLC that the firm is not a manufacturer of the items for which the firm is registered, NLC reserves the right to cancel the registration.
** This registration does not confer any particular rights on the firm and NLC is not obliged to contact the firm for any or all of the requirements of the items for which the firm is registered.
** If there is any change in the details like name, location of works/sales office, Management / organization structure etc. the same shall be intimated to NLC promptly along with relevant documents for correction/updation action.
** The valid documents related to manufacture/supply of material, shall be renewed sufficiently in advance before expiry of such documents
** The registration is valid for a period of 3 years from the date of issue of registration. After 3 years the registered firms have to revalidate their registration by giving all the details once again.
** It is requested to take necessary action to get the validity extension of the digital certificate.
** The Incomplete vendor application will be rejected.
About Us :
NLC India at present has four open cast lignite mines namely Mine I, Mine II, Mine IA and Barsingsar Mine. The lignite mined out is used as fuel to the linked Pit head power stations. Also raw lignite is being sold to small scale industries to use it as fuel in their production activities.
NLC India has five pithead Thermal Power Stations with an aggregate capacity of 3240 MW. Further, NLC India has so far installed 34 Wind Turbine Generators of capacity 1.50 MW each and also commissioned 10 MW Solar Photo Voltaic Power plant in Neyveli, resulting in an overall power generating capacity of 3301 MW(excl. JVs).
