Greetings and Welcome to Online warranty call registration and tracking system.

You have entered the online warranty claims login page. This page contains vendor selection menu. Select the vendor from the list to enter the registration page.

While registering the profile please read carefully the “Terms and Conditions”. As soon as you complete the registration the Customer Id and Password will be sent to your e-mail and hence mention your correct e-mail id.

Register Your Call “By Yourself“ :
The steps to register the call are given below.

Call Registration : This screen allows you to log your complaints for the privileged vendor products. On successful completion of the registration you will be provided a temporary reference id for your complaint. It is mandatory for you to note down this id since all your future correspondence and complaint tracking will be through this id only. You can also print the acknowledgement slip after successful registration.

Call Status View : This function allows you to monitor your complaint status online. To view the status you have to input your temporary reference id and your phone no and then press ‘Go’ button. The call status will be displayed in the last row. You can scroll down to see the status.

Step by Step Process For Call Registration :
Step : 1 Select Vendor.
Step : 2 Select Call Registration.
Step : 3 Enter customer ID and password then press “ GO ” Button
Step : 4 It will show customer information if need to edit, go back customer id creation.
Step : 5 Select Product ( Storage ).*
Step : 6 Select Service Type. ( Walk In or Courier )
Step : 7 If necessary,Enter New shipping Address. Select the City from Lookup table (?)*
Step : 8 Select Mode of Communication.
Step : 9 Select the Model No / Part No lookup table. ( ? )
Step : 10 Enter Prod Serial No. (Defective Product Serial No.)
Step : 11 Enter the Problem reported.
Step : 12 Press “ADD” button.
Step : 13 Repeat the steps from 09-12 to add multiple products.
Step : 14 Use check box to Enter Other Models if not in lookup table.
Step : 15 Press “ADD” button.
Step : 16 Select the AccessoryModel No / Part No lookup table. ( ? ).
Step : 17 Enter AccessorySerial No. (Defective AccessorySerial No.)
Step : 18 Press “ADD Accessory” button.
Step : 19 Select the Nearest Location.(?)
Step : 20 Press “GO” button.
Step : 21 It will show you the nearest location address. (For Courier Shipments follow as mentioned below.)
Step : 22 Tick “I Agree Terms & Conditions” in check Box.
Step : 23 Press “SUBMIT” button.
Step : 24 System will provide the “TEMP REF ID”. You must make a note of “TEMP REF ID” generated.
Step : 25 Physically walk in to our “Service Center” for further process. Inform your “TEMP REF ID” for faster service.
Step : 26 If you select service type is Courier (In Step 6).
Step : 27 Select “Now” Radio Button then update courier details Right now
Step : 28 Select “ Later” Radio Button to save and update dispatch details later
Step : 29 Then Continue step 22 – 25
