How To Get NOC?

Documents to be attached with application for getting NOC / Completion Certificate / Fire Licence from Director, Fire and Rescue Services Department for Multi Storied Buildings (Height 15.25 mts and above)

To get NOC for getting Planning Permission :
1. Application with the signature of the authorized signatory
2. Appendix 1 & 2 duly filled in by the applicant
3. Proposed plan for NOC including site plan, topo plan, elevation plan, typical floor etc.,

To get Completion Certificate / Fire Licence :
1. Application with the signature of the authorized signatory
2. Appendix 1 & 2 duly filled in by the applicant
3. Copy of the NOC issued by Fire and Rescue Services Department for getting Planning Permission.
4. Details of Fire Safety measures undertaken in the building
5. Fire Safety Plan of the building including Fire Alarm Plan and Hydrant Layout etc.,
6. Approved plan from the competent authority should be submitted to the inspection team at the time of inspection

How To Renew Fire Licence?

1. Application with the signature of the authorized signatory
2. Appendix 1 & 2 duly filled in by the applicant
3. Copy of previous year’s Fire Licence

** Ask the porter / room boy about the ordinary as well as emergency passages, particularly the escape routes in the event of a fire.
