Terms and Conditions :
1. You should have an Account with our Bank for availing E-banking facility.
2. Customer can register for e-Banking/ Mobile Banking facility using the online registration form.
3. Once registered for the facility through online mode customer will recieve a registration SMS and e-mail on his registered mobile number as well as email ID registered with bank.
4. The online registration request will be processed centrally by bank.
5. Once the e-banking facility is enabled customer will recieve an activation SMS on his mobile number registerd with bank. 6. For accessing the e-banking facility customer can use his debit card to generate the Sign-on and transaction Password.
7. In case customer is not having debit card he should visit branch for obtaining signing and transaction password.
8. Your should get your mobile number and e-mail ID registered with bank.

What steps to be taken after installing the application?
Once the Mobile App is successfully installed the customer has to enter the transaction MPIN collected from bank.

Do I need to change MPIN?
On successful installation of Mobile App, customer needs to change the MPIN provided by bank. The mobile App will prompt customer to enter bank given MPIN and enter new MPIN this process is carried out for security reason.

Do we need to create a logon password, apart from MPI?
Once the PIN is changed the customer will be prompted to create the new login password. The login password is required to access the services of mobile app.
