Cancel e-Booking Hotels & Tours :
** Within 24 Hours from the time of Reservation – No Refund.
** Between 24 Hours to 48 Hours – 70% Refund.
** Before 48 Hours – 90% Refund.

Cancellation Rules For Hill Stations (1St April To 15Th June Season Period Only) :
Within 24 Hours from the time of Reservation – No Refund.
Between 24 Hours to 48 Hours – 50% Refund.
Before 48 Hours – 75% Refund.
General Rules Hotels :
** Only one preponement / postponement is permitted before 48 hours subject to availability of accommodation.
** After availing one postponement or preponement no cancellation is permitted.
** Luxury Taxes will be collected as per rules on lodging bills at Hotels.
** The rates are subject to change.
** Online customers can cancel their Accommodation by logging into ttdc online website.
** If booking made by online, refund of money for Cancellation will be as per Rules. The refund amount will be credited to your credit card/debit card account through online.
** Catering facilities available in all TTDC Group of Hotels.
** INR 25/-(per unit) will be deducted as communication charges at the time of cancellation.
Cancellation Rules – Tours :
** No Cancellation within 24 Hours before the commencement of the “Tour”.
** Online customers can cancel their reserved tour package by logging into ttdc online website.
** If booking made by online, refund of money for Cancellation will be as per Rules. The refund amount will be credited to your credit card/debit card account through online.
** No refund will be allowed if the tourist misses the coach or cancels the journey after the departure of the coach.
** Cancellation charges will be levied as below. Between 24 to 48 Hours =50%, Before 48 Hours=25%.
** Only one postponement / preponement is permitted before 24 hours subject to availability of seats and operation of tour.
** If one postponement / preponement is availed, no further preponement/postponement or cancellation will be permitted.
** 2% transaction charge will be levied for every cancellation.
** The discount/concessions are not eligible for the Tirupathi Tour and Rail cum Road Tours.
** Tours will be operated subject to availability of minimum 10 tickets.
** All discounts and concessions will be extended only after completion of Tour.
About Us :
TTDC was incorporated during June 1971 under the Companies Act 1956. TTDC was formed with the object of promoting tourism in Tamilnadu by providing infrastructure facilities of transport and accommodation.
To fulfil this objective, TTDC has expanded its activities into 3 main operations, namely, Hotels,Transport and Fairs. TTDC is at present having 53 hotels across Tamil Nadu. Out of the 53 hotels, TTDC is currently operating 22 hotels.
