  • Dear Sir, I am submitting few lines from my opinion regarding legal professional in India. We know all developing countries who have LLB/Barrister degree not only do their parent job but also do legal profession in respective court, so that their countries lead to development in all field. Obviously, there are no any restriction on them. But in India, there is so many restriction as per rule. From my opinion we should encourage all LLB degree holder to setting standards for legal education in their parent Govt. department. As per my opinion, Bar council of India should give permission to enrolment also of Govt. employee name as advocate but not giving them permission to practice in court and also not compulsory to pass Bar council exam. This opinion of my lead to develop of my country. Amendment should be required in Bar council of India, All India Legal Education 2008 and Advocate Act 1961. Any of the Govt. Employee who have LLB degree they should be enrolment in any Bar of India without any hesitations. Our Bar council rule say that Govt. employee can join after their retirement or leaving their parent job, and also, they can decide themselves that either join parent department or Bar as advocate within 6 months after passing Bar council exam within 2 years. Thanking you,
