Global Credit Card :
Any individual who satisfies the eligibility criteria as laid down can apply for ‘PNB Global Credit Card’. Application form can be downloaded from the home page of this website or obtained from any of the branch located at metro/urban/semi-urban centres

Documents to be submitted:
The Printed Application form is available with identified branches of PNB. Duly completed application form should be accompanied with the following documents:
Proof of residence: Any of the following latest documents, copy duly verified from the original will be enclosed with the application for credit card:
1. Ration Card
2. Electricity Bill #
3. Telephone Bill #
4. Bank account statement#
5. Letter from employer (to the satisfaction of the Bank)
6. Letter from any recognized public authority (to the satisfaction of the Bank)
7. Credit Card Statement #
8. Income/Wealth Tax Assessment Order
9. Letter from Public Sector employer
10. Letter from any recognized public authority having proper and verifiable record of issuance of such certificates.
11. Voter ID Card (only if it contains the current address)
12. Pension Payment Orders issued to retired employees by Government Departments/Public Sector Undertakings, if they contain current address.
13. Copies of Registered Lease & License agreement/Sale Deed/Lease Agreement.
14. In respect of officials of Central/State Governments and Public Sector undertakings, who are low risk customers for Bank, Branch Heads may verify the photo/identity and confirm residential address of such officials from independently verifiable sources, to their satisfaction, and permit opening of accounts.
This facility is extended only to the Gazetted officers of Central/State Government and Senior Management and above functionaries of Public Sector Undertakings.
15. Latest telephone bills from any telephone service providers and mobile service providers postpaid.#
16. Consumer gas connection card/book/Pipe gas bill.
17. Certificate from ward/equivalent rank officer, maintaining election roll certifying address of the applicant.
18. Post Office Savings Pass Book.
19. Domicile Certificate with communication address and photograph.
20. Certificate by Village Extension Officer (VEO) / Village Head or equal or higher rank officer. Branch to confirm the authenticity of the certificate and that it has been issued by the person who is holding the said office.
21. Court divorce order – Marriage annulment order issued by Court.
22. Documents issued by Govt. departments of foreign jurisdictions and letter issued by Foreign Embassy or Mission in India.
23. Water Bill #
24. Property or Municipal Tax Receipt
25. Letter of allotment of accommodation from employer issued by state or Central Govt. Departments, statutory or regulatory bodies, public sector undertakings, scheduled commercial banks, financial institutions and listed companies. Similarly, leave and license agreements with such employers allotting official accommodation.
FAQs :
What should be done if the card is lost / stolen?
When the card is lost / stolen, it has to be blocked immediately. The customer can get the card blocked in any of the following ways :
** By sending SMS in the format: HOTDebit Card Number to 5607040.
** By contacting Bank’s toll free numbers (1800 180 2222, 1800 103 2222). Docket number obtained should be preserved for any future communication with the Bank in this regard.
** By contacting card issuing branch
** Through Internet Banking Service
What should be done in case during the cash withdrawal process, cash is not disbursed but the account gets debited?
The customer should immediately call Bank’s toll free numbers (1800 180 2222, 1800 103 2222) and lodge complaint. Docket number obtained against the complaint lodged should be kept for future communication with the Bank in this regard.
The customer may also approach card issuing branch at the earliest to lodge complaint.. This process is applicable even if the transaction was carried out at another Bank’s ATM.
For Cash less/more/not dispensed at PNB ATM, complaint can also be reported through PNB ATM Assist Mobile App (details at Q 14 above).
How many days would the Bank require for crediting the account for such wrong debits?
When the transaction does not get completed due to connectivity/network issue, the account is credited immediately by PNB. This is being done by the Bank proactively, without waiting for any formal complaint by the customer.
Sometimes, when customer receives no cash at PNB ATM due to some technical fault, the amount is credited within 3-4 working days after the error is established during reconciliation of the ATM.
As per the RBI instructions, Banks have been mandated to resolve customer complaints by crediting the customer’s account within 7 working days from the date of complaint.
